Privacy
In short: without an account we keep nothing about you except technical logs for a few days. With an account we keep your email, display name, comments, votes and reactions. We have no ads, use no trackers and sell no data.
What data we keep.
- Account: your email, display name, preferred language and password, stored only as a cryptographic fingerprint.
- What you do with it: comments, votes, reactions and the reports you send.
- Sessions: a fingerprint of the login cookie, the date and the type of device, so you can see and close them.
- Technical logs: the IP address and the page requested, for security and against abuse, kept for 14 days at most.
Cookies
We use no advertising or analytics cookies.
- sid: keeps you logged in for 90 days. Only if you log in.
- pz_auth: tells the page you are logged in, with no personal data.
- pz_lang: the language you chose.
- pz_theme: the theme you chose, light or dark.
Who else sees the data
Cloudflare delivers the site and protects it from attacks, so it sees your IP address. When you create an account, Cloudflare Turnstile checks that you are not a robot. We give the data to no one else, except where the law requires it.
Your rights
You can see and change your account data on the My account page. You can also delete your account there, with or without your comments. For anything else write to privacy@pizdet.md: we answer within 30 days.
